Pablo Enciso is the Managing Director of BCMGlobal Spain. He was previously the co-founder and CEO of Redwood Group, a secured special servicing platform recently acquired by BCMGlobal. With over fifteen years of experience in the sector, he began his career in the NPL industry at Aktua, where he held key leadership roles and played a pivotal role in establishing a joint venture with a major Greek bank to launch one of the first servicers in that market.
He previously held “C” level positions within industrial environments (cosmetics and bedding) both running financial and operational functions. Starting his professional career at KPMG.
At BCMGlobal, a leading independent third-party servicing specialist with more than 800 employees across five European jurisdictions, Pablo focuses on expanding the company’s presence in Spain by growing its client base and reinforcing its position within the European servicing industry.
A law graduate, Sofia has 18 years of experience in the management and administration of mortgage portfolios in Spain and Portugal, working with investors and banks. She has been part of teams at Hudson (Lone Star) and Anticipa (Blackstone), among other servicers, where she has led teams of asset managers and collaborated in areas such as valuations, pre-marketing and sales.
Currently, at BCMGlobal Spain, Sofia leads all business activities and has been instrumental in the creation of the Asset Management Department for both investor and bank portfolios. Under her leadership, her teams have more than doubled the results achieved by the previous servicers in the portfolios they currently manage.
